Our process, from first call to scale

Six stages, each with a clear purpose, a clear output and a typical timeframe. Timings vary with scope, but you'll always know which stage you're in and what comes next.

  1. Discover

A working session with your team about the business: products, margins, ideal customers, sales process, past marketing and what success looks like. We also agree who makes decisions and how you prefer to communicate.

Output: agreed goals and targetsTypically week 1
  2. Research

An audit of analytics and tracking, your website's technical health and conversion paths, existing ad accounts, keyword demand, and competitors' search and advertising presence.

Output: audit findings and opportunitiesTypically weeks 1–2
  3. Strategize

A written plan covering channel mix, budget split, audiences, messaging, content priorities, KPIs and a 90-day roadmap. You review it with us and we adjust before anything launches.

Output: strategy document and roadmapTypically weeks 2–3
  4. Launch

Tracking verified first. Then campaigns, landing pages, technical SEO fixes and content go live in a planned order, with checks at each step.

Output: live campaigns and dashboardsTypically weeks 3–5
  5. Optimize

Weekly reviews of search terms, bids, audiences and creative; monthly reviews of SEO priorities and content; continuous landing page testing. Budget moves towards what's working.

Output: monthly report and action listOngoing, weekly cycle
  6. Scale

When results are consistent against target, we expand carefully: more budget, new audiences, new channels, new markets, while protecting efficiency.

Output: quarterly growth planUsually from month 3 onward

How we communicate

  • Weekly: a short written update on changes made and early signals.
  • Monthly: a full report and review call covering results against targets and next month's plan.
  • Quarterly: a strategy review of what's working, what to scale and what to stop.
  • Always: a live dashboard and a named account lead with agreed response times.
Can we skip straight to launch?

If your tracking and accounts are in good shape, discovery and research can be compressed into a few days. We won't skip verifying tracking, because launching without it wastes budget.

How involved do we need to be?

Most in the first three weeks: discovery, access to accounts, and strategy approval. After that, typically a monthly call plus quick approvals for new ads or content.

When will we see results?

Paid campaigns usually show early signals within the first few weeks. SEO typically needs three to six months for meaningful movement. Your strategy sets realistic milestones for each channel.

The first step is a free consultation. We'll listen, ask the right questions and tell you what we'd do first.
