This policy explains what personal data MarquixAd collects through this website, why, who it is shared with and the choices you have. It is written for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, for visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR.

[Registered company name] ("MarquixAd", "we", "us") operates marquixad.com and is responsible for the personal data collected through it (the "data fiduciary" under the DPDP Act, or "controller" under the GDPR). Registered address: [Registered address].
Questions or requests about your personal data: support@marquixad.com or +91 81782 00573.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, business name, work email, phone number, website, and your answers about the services you need, your budget range and your goals, plus any message you write.
- Job applications: the details you submit through the careers form, including links to your CV or portfolio.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Campaign information sent with a form: the advertising campaign or link that brought you to the site (for example UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), the page where you first arrived, the page where you submitted the form and the referring website.
- Analytics and advertising data, only with your consent: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and interactions, collected by Google Analytics and advertising tags through Google Tag Manager. See our Cookie Policy.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use IP addresses briefly, in memory, to limit repeated form submissions; we do not store them with your enquiry.
Please don't include sensitive information (such as health or financial account details) in form messages; we don't need it.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare consultations and proposals you ask for. Basis: your consent when you submit the form, and steps you request before entering into a contract.
- To provide services we have agreed with you. Basis: the contract.
- To send our newsletter, if you subscribe. Basis: your consent; unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To assess job applications. Basis: your consent.
- To understand which marketing brings us enquiries (the campaign information above) and, with your consent, to measure and improve the website and our advertising.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Basis: legitimate uses permitted by law and legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Email delivery (Resend), which sends enquiry notifications to our team.
- Website hosting, which serves the site and processes technical data.
- Google, Meta and LinkedIn, only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies, for measurement and advertising.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
Some providers process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on the transfer rules of the DPDP Act and, for GDPR data, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to [24 months] after our last contact.
- Client records: for the duration of our agreement and afterwards as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require.
- Job applications: up to [12 months], unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics and advertising data: as set by the provider and described in our Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed, ask us to correct, complete or update it, ask us to erase it where it is no longer needed, withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing already carried out), nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable, and raise a grievance with us. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
To exercise any right, contact support@marquixad.com or +91 81782 00573. We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.

8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, spam protection on forms and reputable providers to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
